3D movies are now common in many cinemas in the world. Hardly a movie appears without 3D conversion. But in the early 90's the 3D experience was a whole new dimension of entertainment.

The glasses separate two superimposed images, thus giving each eye its own film. These two films are almost identical except for subtle perspective shifts, which give the brain a three-dimensional look.

When planning the cinema, the management decided against a new building on the park grounds and instead used the premises of the show theater Arena del Mar. A huge wall was raised between two blocks on the left side to the ceiling. Since then, there are only 4 seat blocks in the theater hall. The fifth block is next to a projection room, the cinema, which today under the name Cinema Fantastico 4D shows various short films every 30 minutes.

In 2002, the cinema was equipped with 4D effects. The first use of the effects was the premiere of the movie "Pirates". Drops of water are raining from the ceiling and the wind is blowing around your ears. In 2010, the cinema was completely converted to digital technology.
