It is powered by 2x 75kW engines. The rotary cabin reaches a max. Lift speed of about 1.2 meters per second. 4x 0.75 kW motors ensure a uniform rotation speed of approx. 2 revolutions per minute. Currently, the cabin is about 4 times around, per trip.

At the top of the tower blows the national flag of Schleswig Holstein with an area of 30 square meters. In bad weather or during the winter break, the flag is pulled into a protective cover, which is clearly visible on the flagpole.
