In the middle of the fun fair you will find the Cog Ship Ride. The frosted boats perform in addition to the rotation, a wave-like up and down movement, reminiscent of a voyage on the open sea.
In the days of LEGOLAND Sierksdorf the ride was called Cabbage Caterpillar. Their limbs were huge blocks that formed a worm in a row.
With the reopening of the amusement park as HANSALAND, 1977, the Cog Ship Ride got its present name and a maritime design, including the 16 new gondolas in boat shape which can accommodate up to two people. In 1994, the carousel received a new, imaginative and fairground decoration. Since then, the huge flying fish has been decorating the center of the ride.
